Our Sustainable Housing Fund supports affordable housing and energy efficient buildings. We invest in accessory dwelling units, single and multiple family homes, and small developments.

We invest in small businesses with loans of $5,000 to over $200,000. We specifically look for underserved local small businesses or startups with a sustainable business model that will enhance the quality of life in the Gunnison Valley.

The Micro-Loan Fund provides loans of $500 to $5,000 for businesses and individuals needing to jumpstart their business or profession with tools, equipment, or short-term working capital.

To further increase local opportunities, we also service loans for direct one-to-one financing in the valley. That means you could loan money to your baker for a new oven, to your plumber for a new plumbing truck, or to your favorite nephew to refinance his student loans. You decide what to invest in, and we help process the payments, calculate interest, and send everyone monthly statements.
